This is the kind of show that makes me kinda hope that WWE just straight up goes out of business. If another wrestling company comes along to take the reigns, fine. If not, fuck it.
Have you ever seen any PPV from NJPW?

Are we supposed to care here?
Most of you just cared to watch I don't know how many hours of absolute fucking shyte I'm guessing and I've only just woken up.

They should of just tuned in to Wrestle Kingdom and for go this absolute crap like I did. I'm guessing at one point the undertaker came back and probably won over someone that potentially should of been the only person to actually beat his streak. A couple retained, the PPV made no sense and there was about 3 hours of adverts for a slim Jim in between some soap opera trash talk in a corridor and roman reigns read his lines of the back of a Kellogs wrapper, "Take one onion."

Am I right?

There were two good matches on this show: the Rollins and Finn Balor and Miz triple threat and the Ronda Rousey tag with Kurt Angle vs HHH and Stephanie.

Undertaker showed up, he won a 3 minute match with John Cena where he hit his signature moves and basically went through the motions. He did not come back as the American Bad Ass on a motorcycle with Kid Rock music behind him, it was the same old gong, organ music, and Deadman gimmick that was supposedly "retired" after the loss to Roman last year and the ending where Undertaker left his trenchcoat and fedora in the ring and he descended back down to Hell after the match.

Braun Strowman and a 10 year old won the tag titles from Cesaro and Sheamus.

Brock and Roman was basically like Brock and Goldberg from last year only it was about 10 minutes longer, had a some blood, and the fans chanted it was boring and it sucked.

Sad thing is there is no real competition so WWE isn't going anywhere. In fact, if Fox makes a major bid, WWE will likely be making even more money then they are now.

The final solution is Vince McMahon must go before this company gets better. Sadly, Vince may live another 20 years.

It was a better than average show with NOT A LOT TO WRITE HOME ABOUT.

I was fine with it, next year will hopefully be better, but this show wasn't worth the salt.

Yeah. If I were you I'd for go the WWE Network and sign up to NJPWs version for around the same price. If you really are into wrestling then it baffles me why a lot of people haven't done this already.

The matches, the build up and the talent is just fucking brilliant. I've never been dissatisfied.

Yeah maybe not on a global scale but Omega and Jericho have literally propelled NJPWs PPVs ticket sales and viewing figures since Wrestle kingdom 12.

I think people want to give the Styles and Nakamura match more praise than it deserves as though it was some great bout. Nakamura's loss and stupid heel turn aside, the match was not that great. It seemed slow at points, like AJ wasn't able to go at full speed, and it didn't feel smooth or flowed well.

Asuka and Charlotte was a great match, probably the best women's match I've seen since Bayley and Sasha at Brooklyn in 2015, but it shows how people can change their opinions on something depending on who wins and who loses. Breaking an undefeated streak that could have been used to elevate many more women's titles matches in the future shows how nearsighted the company is. Once you break a streak, it's a final act that you can't go back on. They can throw the title on Asuka out of desperation, but she'll never be the same again.

Asuka is going to be like Emma soon.

All the tag matches, Bryan and Shane included, were just there. They were nothing special to write home about and I guarantee you that had Bryan and Shane lost tonight, people would be hating on this show like you wouldn't believe.

I'd say one of those Pixar shorts. Just an animated T-Unit crying in the corner of a playground and then some song bird lands on his shoulder with a face like John Cena, tells him everythings gonna be alright.

I remember when Rusev was getting that huge push years back it was all to have him lose to Cena at Mania, so Asuka's streak apparently was used in the same manner for Charlotte.

Charlotte is female John Cena. I would not be surprised by the time that it's all said and done that she beats Ronda, Shayna, and other UFC women at Wrestlemania.

So what would you have liked to see with Asuka's streak? For it to go the route that was speculated and for her to win and continue to win all the way til Wrestlemania 35 where she loses to Ronda? An entire year of winning where she cleans out the Smackdown division? What does that serve having her beat everyone on Smackdown? We know she's a badass, that's been established. She already cleaned out the women's roster on NXT. She beat everyone there.

Then okay she was on Raw for 6 months, but look at what she did there. To continue her undefeated streak she was the sole survivor on the survivor series team, she got the fastest women's submission in the women's division, she beat the champ in a non-title match, she won the royal rumble, she beat Nia twice and she won the mixed match challenge. How do they continue that on smackdown and keep it interesting for an entire year?

I don't know if there's ever been a streak that's ended in wrestling that was well done. Goldberg, Rusev, Ryback, Samoa Joe in TNA (although it wasn't so much how he lost but what happened after he lost), Undertaker and Asuka. But it's where we are now. Okay she lost to Charlotte and Charlotte has done a lot. That might make her seem worthy of ending the streak. Would you have preferred a new person to end the streak? Maybe Carmella should have defeated Asuka?
