Either Roman is a complete sociopath who doesn't give a fuck about Dean or WWE has completely forgotten to include that in the build.

That doesn't make any sense and that's also something they could use to make Joe look more badass. Something tells me Vince doesn't want Joe getting that over because he's not the correct Samoan named Joe that Vince wants to push.
