I didn't watch his stuff in TNA but he was a multiple time heavyweight champion and apparently was booked as quite a badass destroyer. There's no evidence of that here.

No and that's a loss on both Lashley's and WWE's part. Vince never acknowledge's anyone's success outside of WWE, unless it's somebody like AJ Styles or Finn Balor in Japan, but that's because today we can see those guys on the internet. Back in the 90s, Vader was WAY bigger in Japan than Styles or Balor, but by the time he left WCW and went to WWE, he was almost a nobody. Same thing with Dr. Death Steve Williams and Stan Hanson. WWE is the place to go for your previous achievements to die.

I was sat next to a kid who must've been there for the first time. He started off quiet but by the end of the night he was joining in with us on being loud. Obviously not sure what stayed in/got edited out but Elias was over big time. Constant "Oooh Walk With Elias" singing and "Let him sing" chants. Plus "Bobby's Sisters" because... well, they're more over than him. Fan had a sign during Bliss' match that said "Alexa, fancy a cheeky Nandos?", Hence the "Cheeky Nandos" chant. B-Team vs. Breezango was a chant battle of Fandangoing Vs singing the A-Team TV theme. Post-show dark match was Roman, Seth & Lashley vs. KO, Sami & Elias, which Reigns won with a spear to Owens. Seth took Elias' guitar afterwards & told him he had to play London - so after getting thrown back in by Lashley, we finished with an Elias song about how he hates this town (despite London being a city).
