So in order to get a clean finish at MITB they do the match on Smackdown where the winner gets to pick the stipulation, and Nakamura basically wins the match clean. So there goes the idea that they needed a stipulation involved because they couldn't come up with a clean winner. Only WWE could fuck the everloving shit up with an AJ Styles-Nakamura feud. Any other promotion would just send those two out there and watch the seats fill.

It's not that bad. It works and they can still have a brawl/hardcore match. Plus it leaves them plenty of room to still kick each other in the dick, which is the real heart of this feud.
