I'm assuming Lesnar will still be at Summerslam so how do they determine who faces him now? I'm guessing this is another WWE effort to get Lesnar boo'd by saying "Brock Lesnar ruins everything" but it just seems so dumb. |

That's exactly what it is because it's all more ammunition for Roman Reigns for when he becomes the #1 contender for Brock at SummerSlam. I'm starting to see why WWE didn't have Reigns win at Mania. First, Roman would be booed and WWE doesn't want that being the last image of a Wrestlemania. Second, they needed a big match for the Saudi Arabia show, one that might be more favorable to Roman, but they didn't want to do a title change in another country. Last, we know Roman will be booed no matter what, but with Summerslam coming after MitB, it means that somebody has a case to cash in and Braun can do it after Roman just barely beats Brock and is exhausted and Braun beats a weary Roman Reigns to massive cheers. Better imagery and a better feud for the title post Brock rather than Lesnar disappearing for months to return for his rematch. |
