I really don't like the 30 minute Ironman matches, they're not long enough to feel like they're strenuous on the wrestlers, Rollins especially who went something like an hour in that gauntlet match earlier this year.

Wrestlemania 3 Main Eventer Posts: 33,456 Group: Admins Member #14 Joined: Sep 7 2013	I would agree on the 30 minute iron man match but I guess they're just concerned with the fans not caring for an hour long match. I do like the idea of it going to sudden death though. Since Drew won a match to stay at ringside during the iron man match I figure he's going to help Ziggler retain.

Firstly, it's not used often, so it will come off as fresh. Second, it makes both guys look really good and the match competitive. That's good for Rollins, but it's also good for Ziggler who has been so demolished the past 3-4 years that if WWE is ever gonna build him up as an elite mid carder, making him look strong and equal to Rollins by not losing a fall will only help. Yeah, you still do the finish with Drew interfering to keep the heat up on Heel Ziggler. Lastly, because the match is only 30 minutes, it rushes what an Ironman match is supposed to be. I'd rather not see any falls in that time period and extend the match out an extra 5 or 10 mins in Overtime. That way the pacing doesn't have to be sped up and the outcome will still be people praising that 35-40 minute match Ziggler and Rollins had.

Combined ppv's is really helping Smackdown out so much, isn't it? Before Bryan came back and Joe and Miz were on SD, I supported the move, but now Smackdown is so stacked with talent, not having their own ppv's is holding the brand back. Not to mention making all ppv's now 4 to 5 hour affairs.
