What's your opinion on the current Bryan/HHH/Orton/McMahons storyline?

This seems to be a pretty polarizing topic across the internet.

At first I thought it was kinda neat how I was actually rooting against the heels and for the faces (something that doesn't happen often) but each week is giving me diminishing returns. I can only take "Daniel Bryan gets killed by Triple H and Randy Orton" so much, seeing the same thing week after week is starting to get a little boring.

Daniel Bryan is going to look like such a geek if he gets beat down all month and then still loses at Night of Champions.

Kind of wanted DB to be more angry, even leading to him bashing people with weapons type.
HHH is too much the face of this storyline. Do like the includement of the shield.

I wish Triple H wasn't involved as much. The guy hogs too much of the tv time.

I agree. That said, at least he's actually trying to accomplish something different at the moment. He spent the last two years or so taking up air-time just to satisfy his ego and never really added any substance to the proceedings. That became frustrating after a while, but I give him credit for actually having a purpose for his intrusions this time around. I still think it probably has something to do with satisfying his ego, to some degree. But I am at least slightly interested in seeing where he's going with this newly formed heel personality. I doubt he could ever become the next Vince McMahon, but it'll be intriguing to find out what he does accomplish.

I think it's good but it's gotten a little worse because nothing has changed. This is largely because it's all building up to what is simply a filler PPV. Things would be fine if they had more, interesting storylines with other parts of the card. The CM Punk/Heyman/Axel thing is alright to have on the meanwhile, but since there is nothing else that they're promoting to draw your interest, so any flaws in the main storyline will stick out like a sore thumb.

For all the WOTU members, I've been saying since the Raw after Summerslam that this DB-HHH-Orton angle is not so much to make Bryan a huge face, but to establish Triple H as a heel authority figure. It's disappointing that Bryan is basically going to job to Triple H, as Trips can't possibly have his plans smashed by some 200 lb troll how has some nice "technical skills" especially right out of the gate on HHH's heel turn.

This angle works in the short term as everybody is getting what they want with Daniel Bryan in the main event, and it's a win in the long term as it establishes Triple H as a monster heel authority figure.
I have fought some guys that weren't actually there and I beat them so bad they disappeared.

Do you think Triple H is going replace Mr. McMahon in that regards? With Vince permanently sticking to behind the scenes roles.

Meh, it's still better than a lot of the stuff they've done in recent memory. I'm glad they're at least appearing to take it slow and not blow their load in the first month and a half.
I bet the writers really tried hard this time too...ya know...finally.

I wouldn't go that far.

Week 1: Triple H says Orton is good for business, Bryan is bad for business. Bryan says he loves wrestling and he has overcome obstacles like this in the past. Bryan ends up getting beat up at the end of the show.

Week 2: Triple H says Orton is good for business, Bryan is bad for business. Bryan says he loves wrestling and he has overcome obstacles like this in the past. Bryan ends up getting beat up at the end of the show.

I very much agree with the notion that TruthTellers brought forth. I feel that it is important to get Triple H over as a heel right now in order to benefit future angles. I also don't mind having Daniel Bryan get screwed over every week, but I do think they could be doing more than just a simple beat down.

The only issue I've had with this storyline thus far, is that I would've preferred seeing Wade Barrett play the role as Corporate Champion. It would give him some much deserved spotlight while at the same time build for the future. Both guys already have a bit of history together (Nexus), and all things considered, the narrative would a lot more sense.

That said, this is really the only interesting thing going on right now, I just hope we have a worthwhile conclusion that doesn't involve the typical squandering of ideas we've seen in the past.
Ladies and Gentlemen. . .
Can I have some decorum, please?
I'm afraid I have some BAD NEWS!

when a heel turned orton and huge bryan push is being forgotten because of hhh and big show I can't say it's what I wanted, sure it's leading to another show heel turn and then joining them but hhh is doing nearly all the mic work and story line, hhh stealing the spotlight like only he can do

Yes. Vince turned 68 the day I met my future wife, and I think he's come to an epiphany that he is getting older and that a heel authority figure needs to start being built now. He's still going to be calling the major shots like Vito Corleone, but he's going to start delegating minor-moderate dealings down. I think Vince has one last epically huge play up his sleeves, whether it finally be the WWE network or the acquisition of ROH idk, but something's coming.

He'll stick to behind the scenes stuff on a daily basis, but I've said this before and I'll say it again: Vince is gonna be there one day and be gone the next. Weeks will turn to months, months to years, and before you know it, 10-15 years will go by and everybody will suddenly realize that Vince is done. He'll retire somewhere in NW Connecticut and try to catch up on the last 30 years of World History... and maybe finally watch Scarface.

Have Danielson face off against Rollins, Ambrose, and Cesaro every week and I'll be happy.

In three separate singles matches? Then an additional handicap contest at the end. I mean, the more Bryan... the better, right?
