Spring break starts tomorrow.

What should I watch on the Network over the next week?
If you're a masochist you can join me in going through every WCW PPV in order
Going to have to pass on that. I have zero grasp on anything that happened in WCW ever, so I have to imagine watching full PPVs might not hold my interest. All I really know is that NWO was formed when Hogan turned heel, Goldberg was over and had a streak, Guerrero and Mysterio put on amazing matches, and Sting did stuff.

You should at least watch them in OSW form.

There's a random men on a mission music video playing right now for no reason, they didn't even preface it with a "RIP Viscera" thing or anything

The network's cool

Someone give me something to watch. Maybe not a whole PPV but just a match. I always get so excited to go on the Network but then I turn it on and I have no idea where to go.

Starrcade 85 was a lot more brutal than I was expecting from a show in the mid 80s. It has an MA rating on the network and deserves it. Great show too.

Also, Tully Blanchard vs Magnum TA is the best match on that card. If you watch any match on that show watch that one

Things I've watched recently:

ECW November to Remember 1999: I had already seen most of the stuff I was interested in on this show through a variety of means. Turns out I had not really missed too much, which is kinda par for the course for many ECW shows. Heyman really can't get enough credit for what he did with the talent he had in ECW. His breezy, fast-paced, frenetic booking covers up a LOT of the weaknesses you could find in the undercard. Also, the ramapant cursing. Tanaka-Awesome fucking rules as always, although I've never quite noticed how blank Awesome's expression is before. RVD-Taz was pretty strong, if standard RVD fair for the time. The knowledge that Taz was on his way to his second "z" kinda takes some steam out of the match. It wasn't exactly Lynn or Lance. The 3-Way dance between Lynn-Tajiri-Super Crazy is the hidden gem.

WWE Night of Champions 2013: Before the Network, I was debating whether to buy Night of Champions or Battleground on DVD. I went with Battleground. Turns out, of the matches shared between the two cards (RVD-Del Rio and Bryan-Orton), the two matches on this show out do their Battleground counterparts IMO (even with the added no-Dq for the RVD match). A much better crowd (especially for the RVD match) and just something missing from DB-Orton at Battleground (although their more current work is really a step up over both).

However, then there's the Shield. NOC they face the Prime Time Players and have about as close as they seem to be capable of not entertaining. Battleground gives us the first chapter of the Shield vs Rhodes. Big advantage Battleground.

Watching WWE Old School shows from MSG, you're really guessing whether your watching something from the 80s or 90s.

Old School MSG 6/3/91 has a pretty fun Hogan vs Sgt Slaughter "Desert Storm match"

Hogan wears a really dumb-looking mask at the beginning of it though

I've been watching some Royal Rumble matches recently. I got a kick out of seeing Husky Harris and Daniel Bryan go at it in the 2011 rumble. #FollowTheBuzzards
