Yeah, not much in the way of hard hitting insight into the industry, but damn was that definitely the most entertaining podcast Austin's done for the Network yet. Definitely well worth a watch. |

He won't. He went to TNA, became a big star there, and went back to WWE and had a short title run, which was more out of sympathy for being Edge's longtime tag partner and having to retire than Christian being chosen to win the title on his own. He had a great second run in WWE, I especially liked his feud with Orton, but Vince doesn't like him because it wasn't Vince that gave the okay to making Christian a star. I've long believed that if you were a big star somewhere other than WWE, Vince didn't like you and you were never going to be as big as wherever you came from before. Vader had a good run in 1996, but after that match with HBK, he never got back to the main event. Jerry Lawler, massive star in the mid south, goes to WWF, has a big feud with Bret Hart, wrestles clowns the next year. Bryan Danielson, huge Indy star, goes to WWE, doesn't get to the main event until SummerSlam 2013 and after that, he's treated as an afterthought until the fans forced him into the Mania main event. The same will happen to Samoa Joe. The only guy that ever got away with being a huge star and going to WWE was Ric Flair, but that guy was such a legend, he couldn't have been treated like nothing while in WWF during his first run. Anyway, Vince only likes pushing guys he made big. Austin was not much before he became Stone Cold, Mankind was treated poorly in WCW too, Undertaker was a nobody in WCW, Triple H was a nobody, Kurt Angle was a rookie in WWF, Brock Lesnar was also a rookie, as was John Cena. They were mostly nobodies before WWF, but if you were or are a somebody and are joining WWE, you will most likely be a nobody by the time you leave. Edited by T-Unit, Sep 9 2015, 04:07:42 AM.

Yeah, I don't even know why we have a Network thread anymore. Most anyone talks about from the Network is Stone Cold's podcast or a recent ppv they watched on it. I'm not going to close the thread because there can still be news items related to the Network itself, things like if the cost goes over $9.99 or what news shows WWE is planning on making.
