OOC: Time limit on open stories?

When it becomes clear that someone is never going to finish a story, I think we should still archive it, but how do we know when to do this? I'm pretty sure Ted isn't going to finish his thing, but then he could still come back later and bitch about how it was moved. The only fair way to do this would be to add a time limit to how long an open story can remain active.

I think 3 months should suffice. I'll also add a resurrection request thread like that one in the Post Graveyard that nobody uses.

Thoughts?
